NOAH'S STOP 11 ANIMAL HOSPITAL
In 1991, Dr. David Morgan set up Stop 11 Animal Hospital, along with Dr. Ed Webb staffing the clinic. Dr. Webb then purchased the business in 1995. He and his team have worked with a number of associates over the years and have established a very loyal client base. After Dr. Webb suffered a bout with a serious illness, an opportunity came along to join the Noah’s Animal Hospital family.
Over the years since the practice was first established, there have been many improvements made to the original building, including the addition of state of the art, bench top laboratory equipment. These cutting edge tools allow our veterinary team to get rapid results and start effective treatment of sick pets in a timely fashion. Our hospital also features clean, spacious exam rooms and our own on-site pharmacy, where you can conveniently have all of your pet’s prescriptions filled.
Our staff is made up of a team of dedicated, experienced personnel that are passionate about animal health care. We wake up each and every morning with the burning desire to help each patient we serve enjoy as many happy and healthy years as possible, and to provide our valued clients with all of the tools, education, guidance and support they need to help their companion’s achieve optimum health throughout their lives. While we certainly place an emphasis on clinical medicine, we value the relationships we form with our clients and patients just as highly.

Veterinarian, Medical Director
DR. ANDREA QUIGLEY
Dr. Quigley grew up on the north side of Indianapolis and is a graduate of Lawrence Central High School. Her sister used to volunteer at a veterinary clinic, and one day when Dr. Quigley’s mother stopped by the clinic, the veterinarian offered Dr. Quigley a position, thinking she was her sister! Dr. Quigley accepted the position and has worked in the veterinary field ever since.
Dr. Quigley attended Purdue University for her undergraduate coursework before being accepted into Purdue’s School of Veterinary Medicine. In 2006, she graduated and moved to Lexington, Kentucky for a few years. She moved back to Indianapolis once her husband finished school and joined the Noah’s family in March of 2009. She moved to our Stop 11 location in November of 2015.
Dr. Quigley likes caring for cats, dogs, and the occasional pocket pet. She loves developing relationships with clients and seeing pets grow up.
At home, Dr. Quigley’s family includes 3 dogs, 2 cats, a fish, a Leopard gecko, a yellow foot tortoise and whatever other creatures Providence Wildlife Rehabilitation gets, as she is also actively involved with this rescue organization.
susie crockett, cvpm
Susie grew up in Fort Wayne, and moved to Indianapolis in 2003 after graduating from Purdue. She started working in Customer Service at a veterinary hospital in 1999 while attending college, and soon worked her way up to Office Manager and then Practice Manager. After graduating and working in the corporate world for a while, she quickly realized that the hands-on work with the clients and staff in a veterinary practice was her true passion.
She was encouraged to join a local veterinary managers group and met her first Noah’s employee there. She was soon introduced to the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association and Certified Veterinary Practice Manager Program. Susie worked incredibly hard to master the skills required and earned her CVPM designation in 2006.
She is a Board Member of the CVPM, and is an active member of the Veterinary Hospital Manager's Association and Veterinary Managers Association of Indiana. Susie has 2 kids who keep her incredibly busy, and a dog named Bradley.

Stacy has been with Noah's since 2014, after moving back to Indianapolis from Minnesota. A native of Beech Grove and a Veteran, she enjoys the front office duties of a veterinary office the most.
Her family includes her 2 amazing children, Chance and Alexis. As a military widow, she lost her husband in 2007 while he was in Iraq. Her family is the most important thing in her life.
Her four-legged family members include 2 cats, Isabella Grace and Zoey Ray., and a rescue dog named Layla, who was severely abused as a puppy. Layla has become an amazing friend to Stacy and her children.
Caitlyn has been with the Noah's family since 2016, and joined the Stop 11 family in April of 2020. We are so glad to have her on our team!
A native of central Illinois, she was exposed to all things animals at an early age. Her family raised chickens and she helped out on dairy and swine farms. Her family cat had a near death experience, and thanks to Caitlyn's quick actions, her cat lived another 20 years. Her experience with the veterinarian during that time helped shape her future.
In her spare time, she enjoys experimenting with FX makeup (she worked at a haunted house for 6 years). She likes to paint and draw, and go on nature hikes with her dogs Rebel (a female pit bull), and Tymon (a male boxer). She also has four cats: Norman, Nightshade, Blackjack & Pumba. But it doesn't stop there! Caitlyn also owns two Leopard Geckos (Mushu & Domino), and one Red Ear Slider Title named Raphael (the best ninja turtle of them all!).

Tiffany has always had a passion for animals and an interest in medical science. Her journey in the veterinary field began in early in 2015 when she started her Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology at Harrison College. She joined the Noah's family after completing her externship for school at Noah's Stop 11 in April of 2017. Tiffany has since then obtained her license as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
At Noah's Stop 11, Tiffany enjoys providing excellent care of clients and their pets, helping to lead and motivate the technician/ assistant team, as well as monitoring and assisting in surgical procedures. She is always excited to learn and share new information!
In her spare time Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family consisting of her husband, daughter, and her feisty Norwegian Forest Cat mix Salvador. She also does things in her spare time consisting of playing video games, board games, and role play games like Pathfinder as well as crafting and do-it-yourself projects.
