Our Team
DR. KAREN ROACH
Veterinarian, Medical Director
Dr. Roach claims she was born with her career choice in her heart—even at a young age, she would play vet with her stuffed animals, sewing them up with her mother’s sewing kit. Now she cares for real pets daily as a Veterinarian at Noah’s Caring Hands Animal Hospital!

Dr. Roach grew up in a small, semi-rural town with many pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks, fish, and turtles. She volunteered for a local veterinarian when she used to work at a library. After deciding to pursue veterinary medicine, she graduated from Purdue University’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. She then started working for the animal hospital that would eventually become Noah’s Caring Hands.

At home, Dr. Roach lives with her husband of 21 years and their two sons. The family has a Golden Retriever named Jack. Dr. Roach’s newest hobby is gardening. She also likes boating, camping, hiking, swimming, and biking with her boys. She’s also been passionate about art for many years—her high school art teacher was upset when Karen told her she was going to become a veterinarian!
dr. edward webb
Veterinarian
Dr. Ed Webb has been part of the Central Indiana veterinary community for more than 25 years. After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1985, Dr. Webb did some work with farm veterinarians before relocating to Bloomington. In 1990, he moved again to Brownsburg and then started working at the Stop 11 Animal Hospital in 1992. He purchased the practice in 1996 and built many strong relationships with Indy’s southside community of pet lovers. In 2013, Dr. Webb sold his practice to Noah’s and joined our family.
He has been a blessing to our team as he is comfortable working in almost any practice, on any side of town. We welcomed Dr. Webb to our Caring Hands team in June of 2017.
elicia parient
Practice Manager
Elicia’s old chocolate lab, Moca, opened her eyes to the veterinary field when the dog was just 6 months old. She was sick from an infection, and the subsequent trips to different veterinary specialists made Elicia realize she wanted to get into the veterinary profession!

Elicia was born and raised in Indianapolis. In May of 2006, she began working as a veterinary assistant at Noah’s. After three years, she was promoted to Practice Manager for the Noah’s Caring Hands location. Two and a half years later, in March of 2013, she moved to manage both the Noah’s Brandywine and All Pet Health Care by Noah's practices. In September of 2018, she also started managing the Noah's Caring Hands location in Geist.

Working with the caring staff and educating clients about pet care are Elicia’s two favorite parts of her job. Making sure clients are current on every aspect of their pet’s lives is very important to her. Elicia’s furry family consists of Opie, an orange and white domestic long-hair, Java, a tortoise short-hair, and Jasper a Coonhound mix.

In her down time, Elicia enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling and baking when she can find the time. In 2012 she was fortunate enough to go on an Alaskan cruise, where she was able to see wild salmon, bears, orca whales, humpback whales, moose, and eagles!
