Our Commitment to You and Your Pet

* We will provide your pet safety, "TLC," and the best care that your resources and circumstances allow.

* We will show you and your family the courtesy and compassion you need during this difficult time.

*We will communicate with your regular veterinarian so that they will be kept up to date on your pet's medical history, medications, and any follow-up care that may be needed.

We know you will worry while your pet is away from you, in the hospital. Our doctors will keep you informed of your pet's progress at least once daily by phone. Visitation can also be arranged and is encouraged.

Rest assured, your pet is in good hands with us.
